Just a quick little Love Letter to you to let you know that during this busy crazy season, I’m thinking of you. I hope that you have extra grace for your family and friends. I hope that you will go into your holiday with a commitment to love those who are near you – even the difficult ones.
And that in so doing you will be giving yourself the greatest gift of all – a heart of love. Give and it shall be given unto you.
Sometimes the holidays can be difficult and lonely and disappointing. Yep. There’s no getting out of that. So, breathe. Take extra care of yourself – get plenty of sleep, drink lots of water, remember to exercise – when you can. And be patient with yourself even if you are scrambling to get that final gift. Let others’ expectations go right on by, and do what your heart tells you to do.
Let’s finish the year strong, with our hearts turned toward others. Consciously listen, lend a hand, and be present with those you love.
Then, let’s make 2016 the year that we invite love to finally come into our lives. Let’s commit to release everything that is blocking love from showing up. We can’t control what others’ do, but we CAN and MUST do our own part to clear the path for love.
Steve and I are sending you our love and ask you to pass it along.
With love and gratitude,
